Services may be offered on a one-time or recurring basis depending on agreement.

3. Consent to Communications (SMS, Email, Phone)

By submitting your information through our website, booking forms, contracts, or lead forms, you expressly consent to receive communications from Hunt Horizon Media, including:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Follow-up messages

  • Service updates

  • Marketing and promotional messages

  • Account and billing notifications

Communications may be delivered via:

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

4. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P Compliance)

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

  • Providing consent through a written or digital agreement

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

7. No Guarantees

Hunt Horizon Media does not guarantee specific business results, revenue, lead volume, or advertising performance. Results vary based on industry, market conditions, ad spend, and client participation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunt Horizon Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or communications.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

1. Services Provided

Hunt Horizon Media provides managed digital services on a monthly basis, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom website (approximately 15–20 pages)

  • Website hosting, maintenance, updates, and protection

  • Basic on-page SEO optimization

  • Automation systems, workflows, and follow-up campaigns

  • Google review generation and re-activation campaigns

  • AI chatbot and AI agent functionality

  • Access via a Hunt Horizon Media–controlled GoHighLevel subaccount

Services are provided as a managed subscription service and are not a one-time website purchase.

2. Third-Party Platforms & Messaging Compliance

Client acknowledges that the Services rely on third-party platforms and providers, including but not limited to GoHighLevel, SMS providers, email providers, AI services, and integrated APIs. Hunt Horizon Media is not responsible for outages, feature changes, suspensions, pricing changes, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.

Client is solely responsible for obtaining all required consent for SMS, email, and automated messaging and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P messaging requirements. Hunt Horizon Media may suspend messaging or automation services immediately if misuse, non-compliance, or platform risk is suspected.

Client may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the Services without prior written approval from Hunt Horizon Media.

3. Pricing & Billing

The monthly subscription fee for the Services is $297 per month, billed monthly in advance.

There is no long-term commitment. Client may cancel at any time.

Payment constitutes acceptance of these Service Terms, whether or not a separate agreement is signed.

4. First-Month Refund Policy

If Client is not satisfied within the first 30 days of service, Client may request a refund of the first month’s payment only.

Refunds do not apply after the first 30 days.

5. Cancellation, Non-Payment & Access

Client may cancel the Services at any time.

Upon cancellation or non-payment, all Services will be terminated, including but not limited to:

  • Website access

  • Hosting

  • Automations and workflows

  • AI systems

  • Campaigns and integrations

Hunt Horizon Media reserves the right to disable or remove the website and related services immediately if payment is missed or services are canceled.

All Services are delivered through a Hunt Horizon Media–controlled GoHighLevel subaccount. Administrative access is granted at Hunt Horizon Media’s discretion and may be modified or revoked upon cancellation or non-payment.

Hunt Horizon Media has no obligation to retain Client data after cancellation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Ownership, License & No Work-For-Hire

All websites, designs, templates, systems, automations, workflows, AI tools, and configurations provided as part of the Services remain the exclusive property of Hunt Horizon Media.

Services are not provided as “work made for hire.”

Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely during an active, paid subscription. No ownership rights are transferred unless expressly stated in writing.

7. Buyout Option

Client may purchase ownership of the website files for a one-time buyout fee of $1,500.

The buyout includes only a one-time transfer of website files. Hosting, automations, AI tools, integrations, and ongoing services are not included. Ownership transfers only after full payment of the buyout fee, and Hunt Horizon Media is not responsible for maintenance or performance after transfer.

8. No Performance Guarantees

Hunt Horizon Media does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue. Client acknowledges that results depend on factors outside the Company’s control.

9. Risk & Suspension Rights

Hunt Horizon Media reserves the right to suspend or restrict Services immediately if Client activity poses legal, compliance, platform, reputational, or operational risk.
