Grant DNS access so we can connect your website and systems
Go to Account Settings
Log in, click your name top right → Account Settings.
Click Delegate Access
Find and open the Delegate Access section.
Click Grant Access and enter the email
Enter the email address below when prompted.
Set access to Products & Domains
Choose Products & Domains as the access level.
Go to your Profile
Log in and click your username or avatar top right.
Navigate to Sharing & Transfer
Find this in the profile left sidebar.
Click Add New User and enter the email
Confirm and save
Review settings and confirm. We'll receive an invite.
Open your domain at domains.google.com
Log in and click the domain you'd like to share.
Go to Settings → Permissions
Click Add User and enter the email
Set role to Manager and send invite
Log into Squarespace and open your Domain
Go to Domains section and click the domain to share.
Go to Settings → Permissions
Click Add User, enter email, set role to Manager
Confirm Manager access and send
Log in and go to Domains
Navigate to the Domains section from the main dashboard.
Click Manage on your domain
Find Sharing Access and add the email
Save and confirm

Go to Google Business Profile
Make sure you're signed in with the Google account that owns the listing.

Click on the profile you'd like to share with us.
Open Business Profile settings
Click People & access
Click Add and enter the email
Select role and click Invite
What happens next
We receive an email invite from Google and accept access instantly.
We begin optimizing your profile — description, categories, services, photos, and keywords.
Don't see the access options? You may not be the Primary Owner. Ask the account owner to complete the steps, or send us a screenshot and we'll guide you.

Send over any photos you have of your work, your team, your equipment, or your business. High quality beats quantity — but send everything you have and we'll select the best ones. If you have nothing yet, we can use professional stock imagery in the meantime.

Tap Search at the bottom
From any screen, tap the Search tab at the bottom to open the search and apps screen.
Tap "Opportunities" from Suggested Apps
It's pinned right at the top of the suggested apps row — no need to type anything. Or search "Opportunities" in the bar.
This is where all your leads live
Every contact from your website or ads lands here automatically under "New Inquiry" — already followed up with by SMS and email before you even open the app.
Tap a contact card to open their profile
You'll see their name, phone number, email, and current pipeline stage — everything in one place.
Use the 3 action buttons
Phone icon to call directly, chat bubble to send a text, tag icon to label the contact. All interactions log automatically.
Respond fast — speed wins jobs
The system already sent the first text. Your follow-up call is what closes the deal. The faster you call, the higher your conversion rate.
Tap the green arrows icon on any lead
The green arrows button on each opportunity card opens the Edit Opportunity screen where you update their stage.
Change the Stage dropdown
Tap Stage and select the right stage for where that lead is in your process. Move them forward as things progress.
Fresh lead just came in. Automated SMS + email already sent. Your job: follow up with a call as fast as possible.
You've spoken with them and sent a quote. Move here to track who's pending a decision.
Triggers automated review emails — asking for a 5-star Google review, or routing private feedback if they had concerns. Helps build your reputation automatically.

Important — Website Access: Your app does not include access to the website builder. Any changes to your website — new pages, content updates, photos, or design edits — must be sent to us directly. We handle all website updates on our end to keep everything optimized and consistent. Just reach out and we'll take care of it quickly.
