Step-by-step instructions
Go to Google Business Profile
Click the link below to open Google Business Profile. Make sure you're signed into the Google account that owns the business listing.

If you manage multiple profiles, click on the one you'd like to share with us.
Open Business Profile settings
Click the Menu icon (three lines) in the top left, then select Business Profile settings from the dropdown.
Click People & access
Find and click the People & access section inside Business Profile settings. This is where you manage who has access to your profile.
Click Add and enter the email
Click the Add button and enter the email address below when prompted.
Select role and click Invite
Choose the access role — Manager is recommended. Then click Invite to send the access request.
If you don't see the access options
You may not be the Primary Owner of the profile — only the Primary Owner or an Owner can add new managers.
Ask the owner of the Google account to complete the steps above on their end.
