How to use your
GoHighLevel app

Follow these steps to log in, track your leads, and manage your pipeline — all from your phone.

Log in to GoHighLevel

Visit the link below and sign in using the email address and phone number you submitted in your onboarding form.

Download the app

After logging in on desktop, download the GoHighLevel app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in with those same credentials. All screenshots in this guide are from the mobile app.

Explore your home dashboard

When you log in you'll land on the home screen. Here you can instantly see pending tasks, pipeline value, unread messages, and today's appointments. Use the bottom navigation bar to move between sections of the app.

Find your leads in Opportunities

Tap the Search tab at the bottom of the app, then search for "Opportunities." Every new lead from your website — and from paid ads if we're running them for you — will appear here automatically.

Where do leads come from?

Leads are pulled in automatically from your website contact form and any paid ad campaigns we manage for you. Each lead appears as a card under the New Inquiry stage of your pipeline — no manual work needed.

Call or text a lead directly

Tap on any lead card to open their contact details. From here you can call them, send a text, or add tags — all without leaving the app. Responding fast dramatically increases your chances of winning the job.

Add a lead manually

Got a lead from a referral or a phone call? Tap the blue + button in the bottom-right corner of the Opportunities screen to manually create a new opportunity and add it to your pipeline.

Move leads through your pipeline

Each lead lives in a stage. As you work with them, move them forward by tapping the stage field. Two stages trigger automated email sequences that run on autopilot for you.

New leads go cold quickly. Enable push notifications so you never miss an inquiry the moment it comes in.

Open Opportunities regularly to keep stages current and trigger the right automated emails at the right time.

Call leads directly from the app — calls are logged automatically to the contact record for your records.

Stay notified

Turn on push notifications in your phone settings to see new leads, messages, and updates instantly.

Website changes

You do not have access to the website builder. For any changes to your website — copy, images, forms, layout — reach out to us directly and we'll take care of it.
